The Seven Southern California Locals will resume talks with the employers shortly. The Federal Mediator has insisted the Blackout rules remain in effect. The contract extension agreement will continue to renew itself on a day to day basis after the April 9 deadline. The extension can only be cancelled if either the Union, or the employers, give 72 hours written notice to either party.
