Local 135 is well known for our outstanding tradition of excellence in representing the needs of working men and women. We represent members in diversified groups such as meat cutters and meat packers; clerks in supermarkets, drug stores, and other retail outlets; pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy clerks and personnel in health care facilities.

Through our New Member Meeting Program we are committed to educating and enlightening our new members on the benefits of belonging to a union. In the course of our  meeting, we will cover issues that are important to you in the workplace.

As an added incentive all eligible New Members will receive a $50 refund from their Initiation Fees. Once they are paid in full, a refund check of $50 will be sent to you!

All eligible New Members will be sent the New Member packet and a reminder postcard prior to the scheduled New Member Meeting.
