Negotiations between the seven Southern California Locals and the employers are continuing.  Although some progress can be reported, negotiations continue to move along at a slow pace.  The Locals are committed to stay at the table as long as we continue to make strides towards our goal of a fair and equitable agreement.  At any point we feel the negotiations are not proceeding towards those goals, we are prepared to give any or all the employers a 72 hour notice.
