The strike begins tomorrow, September 11 (not
next week as planned).
They will be on the picket line indefinitely and
need our support for the workers on the line.
They will be striking from 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
on the weekdays.
It is crucial that people show up at:

want) until we hear about the end of the strike
and success for the workers

WHY:
JimsAir has garments laundered by Prudential
Overall Supply. Prudential workers in San Diego
County and across the Western United States are
struggling to bring their families out of
poverty and improve their working conditions.
Prudential management has responded with
coercion and intimidation. Workers have filed
unfair labor practices including several in
Vista. Meanwhile contracts for the 200 union
Prudential workers in Los Angeles expired on
August 14th. An unfair labor
practices strike at Prudential Overall Supply is
imminent.
This leaflet is to publicize our labor dispute with Prudential
Overall Supply. It is not intended that any
JimsAir employees cease work or that anyone
cease pick ups and deliveries at JimsAir.
